Nope, there is no unlimiter health cheat, altough you get health bonuses for completing things.
I think there might be a cheat for that on the action replay i would try it nowbut i cant i lost mine but i swear i have used it before to beat venom on top of the (esap?)unknown buildinng
There are 3 action replay game saves, all called 'Draygon X' (without the '') which unlocks everything, but I'm not sure about unlimited health though. Sorry!
I think there is a MAX health cheat but not infinite health
