Pause the game at the comp stat menu hold L1 and R1 let go then press right then press L1 R1 at the same time.you have to do this very fast,it will take a few tries.if done right you will see a faded menu and music menu with the comp stat menu press left for the cheat menu. There's a no player damage option towards the bottom. Chris cheat menu and one for all weapons in car trunk or have all weaopons on foot. You save these affects. Note some of the cheat menus can freeze your game. So don't view stuff like taxis,mission complete menu stuff like that.
