There are certain stores throughout the city where you can buy them. Keep looking around at shops and youll find one eventually.
Go to shops around the city with either of the following above them: Gift shop, Clothing, Peep Palace and many others....
I'd have 2 agree with Dannyboy92 and tha rest. I beat this whole game. I know where to find the perfect clothes. At stores like the people told u. They're not hard 2 find. U just have 2 look around. Don't 4get. Go to your locker located at the police garage to change them there. P.S. Still need help? Ask me. I'm a genius at this game.
during the one mission for the shadow tong where your in the truck driving to 3 different stores, you can buy new cloths there before extorting.

We can find clothes by searching at differnt places and during many missions you will come across many things of clothing
Yeah I went down a few streets while solving street crimes and I found like street clothing and suits and pimp gear...
However, I'm looking for the one in the "Game Tips" the so-called....FANTASY clothing? I'm guessing it's like Gimp suits and stuff...
