How do you get your police uniform back? Is there anywhere where you can buy the police uniform or anything help please?

You'll get the police uniform back after your demotion.it is when you always die...
If you go on a big enough rampage to the point where the circle that indicates your "wanted" level is blinking and you die while being "wanted" you will be sent to police station and you'll be in a police uniform. When you complete 3 street crimes in with good cop actions (shooting arms legs, arresting perps, finding contraband) you will then change back into plain clothes
