There isn't a cheat for skipping levels but if you are having trouble try a different difficulty level or the tutorial. If you are still having trouble then use the perfect rail, perfect manual and perfect grind cheat. That way just do a manual and keep pressing square or circle, but not X, and you can go on forever. Dont use the no gravity cheat or things like that because it makes it so much harder and you can't do combos properly because you jump over everything.
