Hi,I'm Super Sim To the Max,you seem to need help.All you need to do is buy the spin the bottle game in Miscellanous coulmn, but you will need some aspiratoin points.

You have to unlock with some asperation points and then you have to buy it and then you an then play spin the bottle happy gaming

You un-lock it then you buy it then you put it some where
Then play with it with any sim.

Make sure you have a sort of big area to put it in, as the spin the bottle item is rather large. This will also help your sims socialize ;)
