Enable Mojo Means that you can have a baby. If you do not enable it, you cannot have a baby.

Im not sure but from what I've heard it means nobody in the bed will resist you and also that you can have a baby

The only bed you can enable mojo in is the heart bed ( it's shaped like a heart and is pink). If you enable mojo in it, you can woohoo with any sim that comes and lies down with you. This is very helpful in the last mission, in which you must woohoo with 5 sims!
