Actually, there are 2 ways to do this. One is you pay to the grim reaper standing outside your house $250. Two is if you win the fiddle challenge against the grim reaper. Hope this helps ^_^

I think you have a better chance to beat him the higher your creativity skill, but there is always a slight chance you beat him even if your skill is 0.Search for more answers for The Sims 2 or ask your own question here.
