The Swansong Hotel.
How do you get past the guard boats at the pier before the Lawyer's boat gets too far away?
I keep failing either because the boat is out of range or I don't destroy the guard boats....
Is this just a gliche in my copy? Or is there a certain trick to this mission?

Ok you go into blind rage when you are near his guards.Then run past them do not stop running and you should catch him before he gets in the boat.
