It's good to keep him in the room he is already in and stand out side of it and shoot any body that comes near it then try to get an AK if they have one then just shoot them before they can come near him and if you get low on ammo pause the game and go to the cheats menu and enter AMMO, MEDIK for health, and FPATCH for your rage meter and a good strategy is to stay in blind rage by entering the fill ball meter before your blind rage ends and you can stay in blind rage.
