Well 1 thing is that it's not imposable cause I complete that challange all the time but heres what you do anyways take a fire bottle 12 gauge and widow maker when you start the level use the widow maker on all the guards up on the roof then after that when you start to fight the gov go to your fire bottle the gov will dive when he does that throw 1 fire bottle at him then shoot him with your 12 gauge untill you start the showdown and then all you have to do is beat the showdown.
