I can't get past Sam in the saloon. How the hell can I do this?

Stay alive until he jumps down to get you and dodge him and then shoot him.

Try to get him to run into things(tables, stage, walls) it stuns him and then you can shoot him easier and cause more damage to him.

Shoot all of his men till they die. When Sam jumps down have him run into all the tables then shoot him. Once all the tables are gone have him run into the walls then he will be stunned and then you can shoot him.

Just shot on the girls till the die ,after they are dead or while they are diing ,shoot the other guys on the balcony ,then just focus on sam and let him charge the stage where the girls were killed and it should be easy to finish him

Make sure you have a bottle from the previous fight. First shoot Sam and when he goes down run over to him and start slashing him with the bottle. Back away a couple of feet and when he starts to get up go after him again and slash him with the bottle. Keep repeating this move until he dies. I was able to finish him off without using the gun again...with no trouble at all.
