How do you completely kill Mr Kelly even though he's running in the crowd because the major issue is that I'm shooting him and it does barely no damage to him meanwhile you can't kill the town's folk and if you allow him to run he's just going to kill them anyways and force you into that whole loop again how do I get out of it and by the way just letting you know now I can't buy any more fire bottles
