Mostly the best way to beat him is to have one person to destract him and the other person to hit him with Kintaro's head!!!!. Then when you are waiting for the head to come back, shoot him with the fire ball, hat throw,freeze ball, and the spear if you have either of those people. When you get his life down half way, he brings out his hammer. The long jump becomes your friend here. Still use the shoot attacks BUT NOT SO MUCH because you want to have your special meter full when he starts to swing his hammer, long jump away and if he is still coming after you swinging and you don't have any special meter then double jump. Then when he will kneel down, one person hit him with Kintaro's head (But he may block it) and the other personhit him directly for at least a 2 or 3 hit combo ofr else he will get you. Repeat until dead.
