First you have to get to smoke which he is hidden in the living forest. You need to go to the second area of clay soliders then break one of their sheilds wiuth the fist of ruin then throw them through the wall they are guarding. Next go through and wander in to it a bit and you should see smoke talk to him and he will give you the first mission which is in the soulk tombs to break the walls. Im not 100% sure but I think a portal may open when your done with smoke.You get mk2 by beating all the smoke missions or typing in the code.
