The bottom strut is where you first started as raiden in that area wit the pool. The final bomb is under the sub thats dangilng above said pool. Hope that helped

Go To Strut A, And Take Out "Sensor B" Which You Picked Up From Strut C (Where Stillman Was Hiding Out).
When You Get Close To The Bomb, The "Bleeps" Will Be Closer Together (And If Vibration Is Turned On It Will Vibrate).
The Most Notable Location Is On The Underside Of The Sub That's Suspending From The Ceiling.. To Get To It, Stand At The Opposite End Of The Room To The Door/Hatch And Take A Few Steps Forward Until You Get To The Gap Between The Two Railings And Crouch. Equip Your Coolant Spray And Look Up At The Bottom Of The Sub, And Spray Until It's Disarmed (You'll Hear The Sound You Heard Whilst Disarming All Of The Other C4s) Then You'll Get A Call From The Colonel.
