To find all the semtex first one is in the column, two on the floor that you cannot access through, third is on the corner floor going on the upper-left, fourth behind the flag, fifth birds surrounding the bomb kill one bird only and they get out of the way, the final one is in the cypher which is hard to do so use the pentazemin to steady your aim and shoot the top part of the control unit.
