How do I get an AK?

When Raiden gets the enemy B.D.U.s and has to use the elevator to get to B1 in the core, he has to have an AK and I don't know how! Can anybody help me?

Once you kill fatman... Some dude downstairs should give you a card lvl 2 I think... Then go back to warehouse and there should be 2 doors downstairs only accesed with lvl 2 card and m4 and ak will be in there.

The m4 is gaurded by bombs go to the f ware house downstairs ak/up stairs m4 gaurded by bombs

To get the AKS-74U Russian AK new model. When you kill fatman, Ninja X (back from Shadow Moses) he will give the lv.2 card. So go back to Strut F weapon warehouse. To get the M4A1 Carbine in the first floor, shoot the control unit.
The AKS-74U is on the lower floor, but if you are playing in extreme a soldier is inside the weapon room guarding the AKS model, kill him easily with a heart or head shot.

Is there any way to get to the elevator that takes raiden to ames, without having the AK gun? I mistakenly forgot to take it from strut F, and now the bridge connecting it to core shell is broken too so I am not able to figure out how to return. Is this a dead end?

On the bridge, back up against the wall, like you would press up against a wall when you want to look around a corner. Then slide your way across the bridge
