What do I do after I figure out which one is Ames?

When you're using the directional mic and you know it's Ames after hearing the pacemaker press triangle to talk to him and a cutscene will play after that.

Easiest way to do it is look a the guys. There mainly old. Ames is th only young-ish guy there.
