In the levels Secret Plans and Mos Eisley Spaceport, you can get many studs.
Also try finding all the Minikit canisters in every level to get 50,000 extra studs. In addition, after unlocking Lego City (60 Gold Bricks), you will earn 100,000 extra studs for every Gold Brick you obtain from that point.
Getting money is not quick nor easy. You must work for it, just like in real life.
