How do you unlock sandbox for ds

I hv all the charchters completed all the levels but it still wont give me it

You need to get the full jedi status on every level including destiny
You know when ever you get coins when ever that thing on the bottom of your screen when ever that thing gets all golden on every single level of the three chapters that's when ever you get the sandbox level.
