It is on hoth but you have to do it on free play mode

Well it is best to get 99 gold blocks and build the gold fountain to get money.
PS: if you already have the fountain, turn on multi playerwith as many people as you can get, and stand in the fountain overnight. In the morning you should have 4 billion studs.
