You get one for cleating the Hundred Acre Wood, another for clearing Atlantica. One is by beating the Goddess of Fate cup at Underworld Coliseum. Another is inside a chest in Twilight Town, at Sunset Station, on the roof of a tall building. There is another chest in Space Paranoids right before the MCP. The sixth is obtained by collecting at least one of every single other type of material (every shard, stone, gem, and crystal, as well as Orichalcum normal). The last is in the World That Never Was, at the Brink of Despair, on the left hand side on a small walkway (in a chest). As for Serenity Crystals, get them from moogles after collecting materials or by defeating Nobody Assassins in The World That Never Was.

Orichalcum*:
Clear Atlantica
Beat the tournament cup "Goddess of Fate" in Underworld Coliseum
Clear the 100 Acre Wood
In Twilight Town "Sunset Station", on the roof of a tall building.
In The World That Never Was (Brink of Despair), there is the large walkway in front of you, but to your left is a chest.
Collect at least one of every kind of cyrstal or gem material.
In Space Paranoids, there is a chest right before you enter the MCP.
Serenity Crystals:
You can collect them from Nobody Assassins on The World That Never Was or moogles after you collect materials.
