in the game it is a certain type of ability. i can't remember where you get it but you will and you'll have to equip it. You might have it and it might not be equipped

Go through your list of abilities and find the one that lets you see your enemies HP. You will have it, its the first ability you get in the game.

The ability you want is "Scan". It is one of the first few abilities you obtain by leveling up during the Roxa levels.

equip it and u can see ur enemys health as clearly as ur finger
