You gain 1 xp for each Nobody you defeat.
I prefer to hunt Nobodies in the Pod Room where Donald and Goofy were, inside the Mansion on Twilight Town. There are 8 Nobodies there, and if you use the nearby Save Point to board the Gummi Ship (while transformed) and return, you'll have a full Drive Gauge, and will be able to take on the Nobodies again.

It depends where you are in the game. It's best to just go through The World that Never Was a few times if you're that far, if not search the depths of hallow bastion (sp?) For future reference you should probably be a little more specific. My normal answer should be "You get exp."
