This form is actually called anti-form and it does start kinda like a quest thing but the reward is well worth it. It may seem like a waste of time but it actually helps. What it does is is that it increases your chance of getting the final form. The final form is the ultimate drive form and with this you are practicaly invincible if you are really skilled at these type of really quick movements. After your first encounter with anti-form it increases your chance of getting final form to 25%. After that it inncreases to 50%. And lastly to 100%. But to be able to use final form after the third encounter you need five full drive forms. If you like anti-form never use five drives but use less because as soon as you get the form you will never use anti-form again but it is so worth it becausse I used it in a boss battle and literely did not take any damage when it died even through the fight. There you go so the first person was wrong because it's not heartless sora but you do become a heartless in the first kingdom hearts. It is random. It does start a special quest for final form. And final form is random and can happen at any time because I first aquired it in trons world while fighting the mcp. And if your skilled enough you will be invincible. Magic is upgraded and so is strength. The keyblades do something special as well but you will have to find out for yourself so no spoilers.i have the complete guide for this game which is why I know so much. Thats the truth.
