You are unable to switch charcters in the game sorry. Now if you mean have micky in your team. Then just go to a save point and go to select party on command menu , and select him , he will be on your team from now on , untill either something happens , and or you switch him out.

If you get KO'ed in certain boss battles (like the boss in Beast's Castle), you'll get the option to use Mickey Mouse.

Micky CANNOT be in you're party unless you use a gameshark

In vertain Orginization XIII fights you can switch to mickey after you're KO'd.other than that you can't switch to him
