That I am aware of there is no cheat. I got the ultima weapon by upping the moogle's level to where it cuts the ingredients needed in half. I think this is the only way you can do it

No, theres no need to use a cheat. You only need 7.(even though it says 13 because you can use a energy shard to decrise the materials needed by half ) here is where you get them.
Twilight town- in a treasure chest on sunset terrace.(the big hill)
Space paronoids-tresure chest in the Centrel computer measa room. The world that never was-The brink of Despair. It is hidden off to the side near the wall next to the moogle. 100 acre wood-Finish the world. Atlantica- Finish the world. Olympus Coliseum- beat the Goddes of Fate cup.
One of these places has your last Orichalcum+. Good luck.
