Rofl, unfortunately you can't, sorry. Not in KH2 I mean. You fight a few more of them in KH: Chain of Memories, but it's for Gameboy Advance.

Sorry bud but you already technially beat a good portion of the orginization in chain of memories,so once you beat KH2 you have beaten all of them,and there is no way of versing them again D:
