What is thebest place to train the final form and the valorform?? Also I need to know how to get all the items for the ultima keyblade (shards, crystals, stones etc.)

These are the items you need to make the Ultima Keyblade:
- Ultima recipe (in Twilight Town, just before the are where you find Sora in the beginning of the game)
- 7 Orichalcum+ (only 7 and spread all over the world so if you need help just say it)
- 1 Orichalcum (in chests all over, very eay to get)
- 1 Mythril Crystal
- 1 Dense Crystal
- 1 Twilight Crystal
- 4 Serenity Crystal
- 1 energy crystal
I didn't tell where you to get the other materials because they are very easy to find. Now about the drives:
- Valor form - you must do "hits" so any place is good
-Final form: you must kill nobodies, so you should go to "The World That Never Was"

The truly best place to level up your Final is in Twilight Town, The Mansion, which is inhabited by Nobodies. If you check one of my other submissions, you'll see an easy way to do this there. Although I don't remember where all of the crystals are, I can tell you that most dark cyrstals are in TWTNW. The only crystal I can say that is rare to find is the dark cyrstal. You can find that cyrstal in The Land Of The Dragons as you will need it to complete your collection thereby attaining the Oricalchum+. It's in the cave.
