Hello!
The only way you can find chests is to find them by exploring or have someone tell you their detailed location and hope that they are describing the one you need to find. You can look around and try to find new passages in the four corners in lotus forest and try to get them that way, or you could wait a while until you get the ability glide or superglide. Once you get them, jump on the table, jump straight in the air and (super)glide to the porch thing under the straw roof. This may take many attempts. Then you can (super)glide over to the other chests in the room.
