Where is Sally in the Halloween Town? The doctor say we need to find her for her memory?
And.... how to fight with the BIG AND UGLY WOMEN URSULA?

Sally can be located in the Graveyard, there she will give you the ingredient for the heart.
As for ursula, pay attention to the Pot in the middle. It will either be Blue, Yellow, or Red. Indicating to use a spell on it. Use that to your advantage. Don't forget to take out her pets as well.
If you mean the second fight agains her. Keep potions and either on you at all times. Swim up and attack her. Once you get to critical health, back off and heal.
