I can't defeat Ursula the 2nd time you have to fight her its really hard..

To beat Ursula the second time around make sure that you have the ultimate weapon and you need to lock on with (R1) button and keep on hitting.

Alright heres what you do:

First you must have murmaid kick equiped. Then lock on to her. Make sure to have a pretty good keyblade equiped. I would suggest pumpkinhead. Then go to her ahead and begin to hit. When she says "This wont be pretty" towards to the beggining of the fight she will use a bubble attack. Swin away as fast as you can. Once she stops the bubbles go back and keep on hitting.

Once you get here health down to a certain point she will start using an attack where she uses lighting all the time. Know when she starts to say this wont be pretty she will raise up the trident and use it. Also she opens her mouth and launches thunderfrom her mouth. when she does that swim to the left or the right so she doesnt hit you.

IF she does a swallowing thing keep swimming away from it. When it is "calm" go to her head and bash her.

The answer that the blizzard guy sent is bogus this the real one. You could get the Ultima weapon but that takes too long with item gathering and finding them, but this way is easy ok get the strongest sword you have. Then make sure you have areo and make sure you are lighting proof like Thunder ring, Thundara and Thundagara and keep wacking her and when she sucks you swim away.

U don't do anything at all. You swim away as far as you can and let Ariel and goofy do all the dirty work. Of course you will have to revive them now and then but hey, it's easy.

What you would have to do as stated wud be that you have get your strongest sword apply thunder resistent rings ect.you will also need aero or anything of that sort. As you come up to ursula you have to basically dodge her attacks . When she says "this isnt going to be pretty use mermaid kick to get away from her.use also need to stock up and give potions and high potions to ariel you would have to keep mega... And ethers to your self to heal the group. Next you have to find a way to get behind her head, lock on and attack like crazy. All in all that is what you have to do to beat ursula the 2nd time

What I am doing now is distracting Ursula while my other to party members (Ariel and Donald) are attacking her from behind. Just focus on distracting her while your other party members attack her. You however will get hurt.

Easy just lock have the keyblade olympia an keep combo attacking use shared ability mermaid kick when she tries to suck you in and when she raises the trident to not get hurt I reccomend being at least lv 30 and not use any magic ecspsecially the thunder spells, but cure, cura, or curaga would be necessary.

Just let Areil and Donald do the work but in the end try and hit her back

I am experienced, frankelly because I have beaten her before, then forgot to save and had to beat her again, but the point is everything they said is right, but how do YOU think YOU should beat her?

Use mermaid kick to get close to her face. Its best to
Steer for the back of her head and attack as muck as posible, she will constantly turn her face to you, so this isn't easy

Just have your pumkinhaead keyblade, thunaga ring, thundra ring and face her. If she sunks in water and blows bubbles just press O and float up. When shes done come down and smash her! When she shoots thunder from her mouth dodge it and come and smash her. When shoots thunder it makes er tied and she pants. This is when you really lower her health

Use the olympia you can beat her in about 3 minutes

Having just done this fight about 10 seconds ago in the Final Mix version, I have just discovered she is vulnerable to Stop magic.

Take a break from the game, frustration and overconfidence is the key to dying so try again and learn the signals of the attack that comes next. She always has a diffrent taunt for every attack.I had trouble too bu this worked.

Put Donald on defence so he uses a lot of aeros, the aero magic is very important

I personally was struggling with this fight, what I would do is every other attack Ursula made id swim as far away as possible and use the cure spell to heal me and Ariel, then go bsck and attack, oncr id get a bar of health down id swim away and heal all team mates, and take a few minutes to breathe, then go back and attack. I would also pay attention to my health and once id get about a quarter away from health. Id use cure or a potion to heal
