Push start and go to accesories click on your keyblade then choose which one you want.

Push start and go to EQUIPMENT, not acessories.
Then go to kingdom key and the key will appear along with a list of keychains you have.
pick the one that you recently got.

Kingdom Hearts 2.5 PS4 version
Press Start, go into your abilities, press square for items, and then click on Sora, and then click on keyblades. Then and only the you can actually change your keyblade.
So stupid in the remake
