What do I do in kingdom hearts right after I get Goofy and Donald in the team?

ANSWERS

After the boss battle, you can light the fireplace inside the shop up the stairs with your new Fire spell, as well as activating the blue trinities on the ground.

To progress the storyline, exit out the giant door in the 1st District (to board the Gummi Ship) and head to either Wonderland or Olympus Coliseum.

There are plenty of times throughout the game where both Goofy and Donald leave the party, but then later rejoin. So, I'm not 100% sure where you're talking about. I'm just going to guess that you are talking about the first time that Sora meets them, in Traverse Town.

1) You have to fight a big huge boss person. He's all purple.

2) You don't HAVE to do this, but you can go around Traverse Town and use any Blue Trinity Marks (blue Mickey Mouse heads).

3) There isn't anything left to do in Traverse Town. Leave through the big door in the first district, or go to a save and click on world map. Then, just go to either they Olympus Coliseum or Wonderland. Either one you choose, you will progress through the story, and you'll still eventually have to do the other one.
