finding dalmations in monsto

Alright well I'm at the end of the world I went in and only went to final rest because I know I'm missing 6 dalmatians in monsto so I keep going to the gummi ship and I try to go to monstro but it keeps saying hes not there where is he? Will he come back? I need to get the dalmatians so I can get the torn page and finish winnie the pooh I did everything else I even went to try and get him before I entered the end of the world and he still wasn't there I don't know what to do I'm at a loss and I wanna see the secret ending.
