There is absolutely no way to get that white suit unless you do the requiem level.Im sorry to break it to you but thats how it is.

I know, I know. The white suit is a whole lot cooler then the plain old, normal Black suit, am I right? Since it is, you want to wear it. Well, you see, the problem with that is that you cannot wear the White Suit. You cannot unlock it, buy it, use some sort of code to get it, or etc. The White Suit is un-available anywhere in the game, except for the last level, Requiem. So, sorry to break it to you, but you will be stuck with the normal suit unless you want to play the Requiem level all day.

The white suit and the golden ballers are only available on the xbox version of the game. There is no way to unlock it, not even a cheat or code.
There is one level on the game where you get both the white suit and golden ballers, but that's the only time you ever get it in the whole game.
