Look, I hate to burst your bubble, but first of all, not every game has a way to cheat at it. Second, any skip level, invisibility, or unlimited ammo cheats or anything like that are fake for this game. The only ways to get those effects are to buy a gameshark, or hack into the game yourself and alter it's design. I'd really only recamend the first one.

What do you mean start screen? For the cheats you have to buy gameshark or action replay but there are no action replay codes for this game.
