Hello some time ago I saw a cheat to can use all the weapons on the game but when I tried to do it didnt could use them can someone explain me how do I do it

The "All Weapons" cheat that I know of goes like:
At the start menu press "triangle, triangle, square, circle, R1, circle, R2, X, X

You have to enter it in really fast for it to work.
