Sadly, on the PS2, you can't it's a one time only thing, unless you use cheats.

I believe that this is a reward on the x-box 360 version. I don't believe that you can get it in the PS2 version.

You can get these in the Xbox version of the game, but not this version.
There is one level that you have both of these, it's the last one, but it's also the only one you can use them.
