To get a hooker it's as easy as 1,2,3.
1-Get a REGULAR CAR.
2-Find a hooker. (They have (a) A afro or (b) they look like Misty in your mission for Luigi or Joey.)
3-Drive up to the hooker discribed above.
4-Honk at them.
5-Drive to an alley. (works best in Portland.)
6-Sooner or later your car will bounce and will soon get up to 125 health. (They take your money.)
7-After all that get out of the car and shoot the hooker.
8-If the cops come after you, go to a pay and spray or do the No Cops cheat. (R2,R2,L1,R2,L,D,R,U,L.D,R,U)

find a hooker, pick her up (she should move up and down like 3 times)

There are 2 hookers and one has a afro and the other is blond. I suggest getting a banshee in mint then drive up beside one with her on the driver side. She will get in. Drive to a area with no one around ans the car should start shaking. Then your health will increase up to 125.
