Twenty fire truck missions in all three islands gets you a flamethrower at each safehouse. I usually put out fires till I get bored. I once had thirty minutes on my time just to put out one fire cause I got to them, put them out and went to the next one. I did one hundred and fifty six in a row before. Its fun as hell.
