The plain Oozaru (the one that isn't Vegeta) is just an example of an Oozaru, it's no-one in particular.

Oozaru is the form a full-blooded Saiyan takes when he/she is exposed to the full moon (provided that his/her tail has not been removed).

All saiyans can turn into Oozaru but if they lose there tail then they cant. In the game the one that doesnt have the saiyan armour is GOHAN that one that does is VEGETA.
