Get all the Dragon Ball's and wish for True World
Tournament; also to get the Dragon Ball's go to Saiyan Saga and go to Tien Vs. Chaotzu (spelling) and hit the tower with Ki blast cannon or Dodompa, and you'll find the dragon ball.Repeat this Seven times and Shenron comes;Then select True World tournament and you'll get it.
