Don't know the first two questions but to get the go kart go to the carnival and do all the races then do the street races the go kart should then be at the scool car park and to get the water ballons simply do the errond on the roof near the bike shop

1.Bryce usually is the one in the maroon punchin ghte punching bag in the Old Bullworth Vale gym.
2. You aren't allowed in the principals office.
3.To get a go-kart, you have to complete all the go-kart races at the carnival and then complete all the street go-kart races.
4. To get water baloons, you must be in Bullworth town. While you are walking in the ally by the bike shop, you will see a blue arrow pointing up. Soon, you should come across a fenced in area. Hop the fence and climb the ladder and talk to the townie to complate the errand and get water baloons.
