Where do I get water balloons I know I get them on top of a building from a townie but wich town and wich building?

You unlock town then someone will want you to throw waterbaloons at police you can get them from taps when you get past that favour.

You get them in Old Bullworth on the top of the building with the fence around it. Just look in alleyways in Old Bullworth.

Go to the town hall, and stop at the bottom of the stairs. Next, turn around and go towards the big statue. Then go past that to the medical center. After that go to the yum yum market just ahead of that.Then go into the alley that is between the yum yum market and the happy diner.At the intersection in the alley turn right. You should see a wooden fence. Jump over it and climb the ladder in it. On that building there will be a townie there and once you do his errand you can use the water balloon. You can fill it up at any water source.
