Just keep checking on your map for Trophy symbols, then go to the area and you will be able to do a go-kart race.

To find the STREET RACES in Canis Canem Edit (or Bully) you look for Trophy symbols around the map. The 1st 2 races are in Old Bullworth Vale, and the last one is in the Blue Skies Industrail Park.
