hey I hope people are still reading this since game is like 3 years old now....

I just got all of the transmitter 4 the homeless dude, and he makes this beam of light and flys up. Y??? And when I went 2 check on buliten board, it said something bout "looking for rol members especially girls contact Melvin" or something like that. I need to know where the heck Melvin is!!! I really need this info A.S.A.P please (although not much people are propbably reading the questions)

Well the old homeless guy was taken by aliens and does not come back I don't know why they must of thought it was funnY and as for the notice board they are just little jokes I think cause I have never found anything for any of them I have found melvin before (cant say where cause they keep moving but normally in the libary) and nothing happend.
