There are 2 tracks that allow you to free roam. The 1st is speedtrap North Bay and College. After the second speedtrap make a sharp turn roght into a short cut. Exit the other side and then have fun! The 2nd one is Sprint West Park and Lyons. After you get to 2 90 degree turns make a sharp turn right. Then turn left. DO NOT ENTER THE YELLOW BOUNDARIES. Then have fun!

I recently discovered this cheat(I couldn't find it anywere else online). At the title screen press left, right, left, right. It doesn't tell you that you unlocked the car. It is in the bonus cars section of the quick race/custom race menu.
If you open the game slot during game play and swap a game then close it you can carry on playing the game(this works on all games)
When you are in the middle of this game some parts will be unlocked to make your ride faster when you've done this restart your ps2 and at the start menu DON'T press start put in the cheat for the secret race and complete it to get the junkman parts the go to my cars select the cars you want to upgrade the go to preformance then press square for max preformance then press x to checkout then go back when when your a quater of away from top speed.Then just add junkman parts and you've got one fast. Car please rate.
When in a cop chase get out of there site and go in to one of the hiding spots because cop are not intrested when your hiding the close on your last position

To turn a Supra into a Viper(or close enough...anyway.),you need to have beaten Blacklist 10 at least and gotten the Junkman upgrades for outside of career in My Cars. Go to My Cars and add a Toyota Supra.
Select it and Go to Parts. This is the list of required parts:

Body Kit- 2
Spoiler- SPORT Fishtail
Rims- Whatever you want
Hood- Trident
Roof Scoop- Northeast
-COLOR-
Paint- Red is recommended, But whatever you like.
Vinyl- Stripe 1 In White/White for red,anything else for other colors.

Window Tint- Light Black
Decals/Numbers/Gauges- Whatever you want.
-PERFORMANCE PARTS-
Press Maxed out and purchase all. Re-enter Performance and in all aspects
select Junkman. Buy those too to Maxify Performance.
Save car and exit.

This is one mean car and looks almost exactly like a Viper SRT10 Street.

You cannot unlock the cop cars but go to the challeng series and unlock all of the chalenges and chalenge 44 you can use the level1 cop car continue the challenge series and you can drive the level 5 copcar in hte toolbooth challenge.

Have you ever got out of a cop chase and your on coll down. Well instead of finding a coll down spot or safe house, keep on resetting your car by pressing select on your controller[ Keep on prssing.] And it will coll down quicker.
Whenever you beat a Blacklist Rival, You get to chose two markers. The first bonus marker on the left is for extra money. The one next to extra money is the pink slip to the rival's car. And the one to the right of the pinkslip marker, is the impound, extra Strike or Get out of jail free pass.
