When driving away from police, if you want to get lots of bounty, try destroying every single car in a police roadblock. Also, you can take out cops easily by ramming them when they turn their car sideways. Oh, and you can also use the bus station roof thing(not sure what it is.) and stay where the cops can see you and they will start driving around trying to get you but instead, they will end up destroying themselves.
